HelpChat ("HelpChat," "us" "our" or "we") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy"). This Privacy Policy describes that we do not collect your information with our website, https://www.helpchat.com (the "Site"), and the HelpChat Software. This policy applies only to information we do not collect through the Site or HelpChat Software and any emails, texts or other electronic communications sent through the Site or HelpChat Software. This Privacy Policy is part of, and governed by, our Terms of Service.

1. HelpChat Customers and HelpChat Customer Visitors.
You may be interacting with HelpChat as a customer (or potential customer) of HelpChat, who purchases from HelpChat rights to use the HelpChat Software our other HelpChat Software on your own websites (a "HelpChat Customer"). Alternatively, you may be a visitor to one of HelpChat's Customer's websites, which uses the HelpChat Software on such Customer's website (a "HelpChat Customer Visitor"). If you are a HelpChat Customer Visitor you should review the privacy policy of the HelpChat Customer's website, which will govern your use of the HelpChat Customer's website and explain how the HelpChat Customer treats information collected through such HelpChat Customer's use of the HelpChat Software implemented on such website. This Privacy Policy merely describes how we may collect, use, store, share, disclose and protect HelpChat Customer Visitor information we obtain through our HelpChat Software (as implemented on HelpChat Customers' websites). We have no control over the privacy practices of HelpChat Customers. Whether you are a HelpChat Customer or HelpChat Customer Visitor, please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding collection and use of your information. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not access or use the Site, HelpChat Software or, if you are a HelpChat Customer Visitor, the HelpChat Customer's website. By accessing or using the Site, HelpChat Software or (if you are a HelpChat Customer Visitor) the HelpChat Customer's website, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
2. Changes to Our Privacy Policy.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat your personal information, we will post the new privacy policy on this page. Your continued use of the Site or HelpChat Software after we make changes is deemed to be your acceptance of those changes, so please check this policy periodically for updates. The date that this Privacy Policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for periodically visiting this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.
3. Children Under the Age of 13.
The Site is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verification of parental consent. However, the safety and security of your information also depends on you.
